MEDUSA brass pipe manifolds are designed in many unique configurations and are compatible for most common cylinder cradle systems in the markets. Manifolds are available in standard 6, 12, 15, 16, 18 and 24 cylinder configurations utilizing ½” or ¾” brass pipe, and cylinder pigtails consisting of copper, flexible and armor cased pigtails. All MEDUSA manifolds are certified to ASME 31.3 piping calculations by authorized third party engineering firm.

MEDUSA Block manifolds are a versatile solution for many gas manifold applications. Manifolds are machined from large brass bar stock resulting in an extra heavy duty design in a compact package requiring little space for mounting. All Medusa block manifolds are designed with ¾”F.NPT main ports for use of large ¾” manifold pipe nipples or readily available and economical ¾” NGT header valves.

6 & 12 Cylinder Cradle Systems

The ProRack TITAN is our flagship cradle with a patented cartridge wheel system allowing the wheels to easily disappear. The TITAN can be demobilized in minutes. The TITAN offers safety not yet seen in the gas industry. The TITAN will encourage fill plant technicians to move the cradle with lift truck assistance, yet allow customers to roll the TITAN easier than any cradle system. The TITAN’s inline wheel system allows the cradle to spin on its own axis with the EZ grab handles.  Also available in standard inline wheels, casters and lift truck models.Just as important, the TITAN meets requirements for DOT ten year exemption permits for cylinder gas packs. The TITAN is designed with external welds making all joints visible for inspection before sending to service. 12 Cylinder Cradle Systems

The ProRack HELIOS 12 cylinder pallet system is engineered to be a robust solution securing 12 high pressure cylinders on a pallet for easy transport via lift trucks or pallet jacks. The base utilizes grate material to eliminate any water puddling to inhibit rust. Cylinders are secured via heavy duty triangular steel restraints to account for any variation of cylinder diameters. The HELIOS is made with 2” steel square material with reinforced welds plates at the corners and has a solid cover for elements protection. All structural welds are visible for safety meeting the ten year exemption.

The ProRack BRUT cradle systems are the original and most economical option to provide your customers multiple cylinder hook up supplying your large volume gas users uninterrupted supply. The ProRack BRUT is industry proven with more units in service than any other cradle system. The design is very simple and includes a top and bottom secured by four extra strong threaded rods. The top and bottom secure the cylinders by compressing the cylinders with the all threaded rods. BRUT cradle tops are available as standard, and with protective cover and frame guard options giving the user total manifold protection. A wide selection of MEDUSA manifolds are available for use with the BRUT cradle systems.
